Off Shore

One of the growth markets for our Extrusion business has been in work for the off shore industry.  Flexible or semi-rigid extrusions coiled onto very  large steel or wooden reels are used as spacers and packers for undersea umbilical and cabling applications.  Parts can be made and coiled in continuous lengths of up to 10,000 meters, depending on the profile.  Ends can be welded together to produce one continuous profile which could stretch for hundreds of kilometres.  Our facility incorporates the equipment needed to produce profiles quickly in high volume and to the exacting standards required of these precision engineering applications.

Glazing

Whether you are a designers and manufacturer of widow systems, window fabricators or simply into glazing or window refurbishment we can supply the seals or gaskets you require for the job.  One of the the ways we can achieve this is by using PVC Extrusions. We can supply bespoke seals and gaskets for all types of window system including:
