Seals and Gaskets

• Suitable for many applications but commonly used in domestic and commercial replacement windows and doors.  Seals and gaskets can be made with Bubble or Flippers with and without tear off strips

Foamed Seals and Gaskets

• Lighter and offering improved  thermal and weather resistance, Foam seals provide a tight  weatherproof compressible seal on replacement doors, windows and glass curtain systems as well as in having many other potential applications and uses.  The profile is constructed with a soft blown foam core and a co-extruded skin (Add Pic)

Co-extrusions

• Co-Extrusions allow two different hardness of materials, one soft, one hard to be extruded into one profile.   You may have a requirement for a semi rigid profile with a soft durable flipper attached. Or a tear of strip.  These can all be accommodated using out Co-extrusion process

Fillers & Spacers

• Spacers and fillers for the separation of electrical components, fibre optics or any other delicate wiring in wire management systems

Furniture Trims

Hospital Bed edging and buffer strips and furniture trims and finishing touches.

Tapes

• Tacky materials such as Glazepta are particularly useful in the glazing industry as they will stick to any surface without leaving residues, as can be the case with self-adhesive backed tape

Wool pile

CM Extrusions can also offer a range of weather protection strips, often known as wool-pile.  This are commonly used on Timber, uPVC and Aluminium doors and openings as an additional barrier to the elements.  If you have a requirement for a specific type of wool pile please give as a call and we will be happy to help.
