Colour Foams

Colour is important!

We know this firtsly because our customers tell us, but also because we understand that colour can be an incredibly important marketing tool.

Fortunately polyurethane foams love to be coloured.  All of out Foam systems can be pigmented to give a solid base colour.  This can be supplied either as they are, or painted with our In-Mould painting process to give a very close match to pretty much any colour you wish.  What is more, as this is carried out during the moulding process it makes the production of fully finished parts efficient and cost effective.  

The vast majority of integral skin PU foam products utilise our in mould painting tecqniques.

We can match colour to RAL, Pantone or any kind of colour swatch, just let us know what you would like.

We can also accomodate post painting and Lacquering for certain applications
