Our RIM process is perfectly suited to Low to Medium Volume production from 1 to 1000 parts per year.
Our unique tooling process allows inexpensive tooling to be made that lasts offering a much more cost effective solution than traditional Silicone tooling
We can produce One Offs or Multiples for trade shows, design and fit testing for field samples or simply for projects where volume is naturally very low. All parts are produced at the the exact same quality from number 1 to 1000
Our process also allows for longer production runs. We have been manufacturing for some customers for 15-20 years and the tools are still going strong having made over 1000 units in some instances.
The majority of our RIM tooling is made by us, in house by our skilled team. Setup costs are very low when compared to virtually all other moulding processes meaning you can go from prototype through to full production parts without it costing an arm and a leg. This is especially useful for new projects where future forecasting and demand is often unclear.
Our production process allows for tools to be produced that can yield 500-1000 parts (depending on the design) without the need for replacement.
Tools can also be resurfaced for very little cost, which further increases their working life, avoiding the need for costly premature replacement.
Due to the unique way we manufacture our RIM tools we also have the ability to form localised design changes avoiding expensive retooling and cutting costs associate with hard tooling, keeping the costs and lead times down.

EXTRUSIONS
Rigid, flexible and Co-extruded profiles of varying density and hardness. Materials including PVC, TPE, LDPE, Nitrile, Glazepta and ABS can all be extruded
RIM (REACTION INJECTION MOULDING)
Our Reaction Injection Mouldings (RIM) process can be used to high precision casings, facia and enclosures that can finished and painted to your exact specifications with very low set up costs
POLYURETHANE FOAM
Polyurethane Foams can be moulded in a range of different densities and harnesses and flexibility to produce hard wearing parts with varying mechanical and physical properties
